Official Rules

General. The Preventra Conference Drawing (the "Drawing") is a random drawing held separately at each conference Preventra attends. One eligible entrant per conference will win the prize described below. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules, which control the Drawing.

Eligibility; Business Restrictions. The Drawing is open to registered attendees of the participating conference who are 18 or older and legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Entering and winning do not require, and are not conditioned on, any purchase, referral, contract or business relationship with Sponsor. Entrants are responsible for following any gift policies of their employer, and a winner may decline the prize for that reason.

Timing. Each conference has its own entry period. It opens the day before the conference begins and closes the day after the conference ends. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeper for the Drawing.

How to Enter. Scan the QR code shared by Sponsor's representatives at the conference or visit preventracare.com/drawing, select the conference you are attending, complete the entry form and agree to these Official Rules. Limit one entry per person per conference. Entries made by automated means, or in bulk, will be disqualified. Entries must be received during the entry period.

Agreement to Official Rules and Decisions. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final on all matters relating to the Drawing.

Drawing; Odds; Notification. Within 7 days after each conference ends, Sponsor will randomly select one winner from all eligible entries received for that conference. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email or phone. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, or is found ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Prize. One (1) $200 Amazon.com gift card per conference. Approximate retail value: $200. The prize is awarded as is, may not be transferred, and may not be exchanged for cash or another prize. Publicity and Privacy. With the winner's permission, Sponsor may share the winner's name and organization in its communications. Information you provide is used to run the Drawing. If you check the box asking to be contacted, Sponsor may follow up with you about Preventra. See our Privacy Policy at preventracare.com/privacy.

General Conditions. Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify the Drawing if fraud, tampering, technical failure or any other factor affects its fair operation, and may disqualify anyone who violates these Official Rules.

Release. By entering, you release Sponsor, its affiliates, and their officers, employees and agents from any claims arising from the Drawing or the prize.

Limitations of Liability. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for errors, network problems or technical failures of any kind related to the Drawing or the entry page.

Disputes. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without class action, in the courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
