This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit preventracare.com and related Preventra websites (the "Site"), contact us, or enter a Preventra conference drawing.

Information you provide. When you fill out a form on the Site, such as our contact form or a conference drawing entry form, we collect the information you enter. This may include your name, organization, email address, phone number, your area of interest, and whether you would like us to contact you.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring website, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. No protected health information. The Site is not designed to collect protected health information, and we ask that you not submit any patient or health information through the Site.

Conference Drawings
If you enter a Preventra conference drawing, we use your entry information to run the drawing and contact the winner. If you check the box asking to be contacted, we may follow up with you about Preventra. Checking that box is optional and does not affect your entry. The drawing is also governed by its Official Rules at https://preventracare.com/drawing/rules.
Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses of it.
